President Donald Trump first year in office hasn’t really been received well from black communities across the world for his direct comments regarding African nations and Haiti as ‘Shitholes’ some weeks back.
Members of the Congressional Black Caucus protested against some of his past comments by collectively wearing kente cloth which originated from Ashanti region of Ghana, in different fashions at the President’s state of the Union address on Tuesday, solely to point out the fact that they are not in support of his actions.
Maybe, this direct message will help him (Donald Trump) sit up and take a second thought on African Nations and Haiti and come back with better understanding.
