African musicians are creating unique sounds that are matching that of the international market, recognizing and appreciating their efforts is always a great thing.

A host of African music superstars gathered last night at Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos Nigeria for the 2017 edition of All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The night was hosted by American singer of Senegalese descent, Akon with Nigerian artistes such as Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Simi, 2Baba, Ycee etc walking home with laurels.
