The world has reached a stage where somebody somewhere coming from a different ethnicity has suffered one form racial abuse either mentally or physically, and the struggle to be socially compatible with others is the battle many have fought for us from time immemorial.
British writer and broadcaster of Ghanaian descent, Afua Hirsch summarized all the issues surrounding the talks about race, sense of belonging and finding one’s true identity into her book ‘Brit-ish’ launched on Thursday, February 1, 2018, in London.
Brit-ish is available at Waterstones, Amazon and other leading books stores. It is refreshing to have such a book that details the very covered ordeals within our societies.
