The twists and turns continue as BBC One’s hit military series Our Girl heads to the West African country, Nigeria. The lead character, Michelle Keegan retain her role as Lance Corporal Georgie Lane, she took matters into her own hands by deciding to join the British Army as a medic.

Previous seasons of the series were shot in African countries like Kenya and South Africa. In Kenya, Georgie joined the team to perform Humanitarian works but that came with its challenges with refugees on the Somalian border. Georgie willing battle to return home to her fiance, doctor Jamie Cole, her past romantic engagement with Elvis Harte (Luke Pasqualino). The team also did part of their shoot in South Africa, precisely Cape Town.

The last season was aired in October 2017, Georgie is taking on a new challenge and dimension to her mission as she accepts to go to Nigeria to train local medics in the fight against Boko Haram and rescue the captured girls.
Our Girl continues on an ending and divided angles of love and dedication to work. The new season airs on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, on BBC One.
