The mission is simple for revered Nigerian author of international repute, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, women deserve equal standing ovation as their opposite sex (Men). She has held tight and vocally continues to use every single platform and opportunity given her to touch on issues affecting women that needs to be taken seriously in the world.

When she took the stage at the 2018 annual Chatham House Conference in London, she revisited the conversation by reminding the gathering of why the narratives must be changed for the same level of chance fairly distributed across the board to do away with favouritism. Her classic way of using African stories to tackle unchanging issues around love, marriage, diversity, social status etc. has been pivotal in the global love shown her.

Her book Americanah will soon be on our screens as a full movie after it was announced that Lupita Nyong’o and Danai Gurira are planning on working on it. More beautiful things happening around the courageous daughter of Africa.
