Here are the list of things you would need:

Lemon/honey (optional)

  • Meal – Green Juice

Ingredients

1 cup Kale,

1  1/2 cups Spinach,

Pear,

Apple

2 inch fresh Ginger

Teaspoon Spirulina

  • Meal – Omelette

Ingredients

Mushrooms

Tomato

Tinned Mackarel

Spinach

Onions

Eggs

Sweet potatoes

  • Meal – Whole meal French Toast

Ingredients

Wholemeal bread (Rye,Sourdough, Gluten free bread)

250ml milk

2 eggs

Pinch of Nutmeg

1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon

Sugar (optional).

  • Meal – Berry-go-round

Ingredients

Mixed Berries

Natural Greek yogurt

Museli

Oats
