Daniel Kaluuya & Mattel Are Working On The Much-Loved Children’s Character 'Barney'

Oscar-nominated movie star of Get Out, Black Panther and More, Daniel Kaluuya to produce the live-action Barney dinosaur movie.

Barney and Friends children’s movie ran from 1998 to 2009, Daniel Kaluuya highly regards the contribution the movie has played in the lives of the new generation, hence the need to bring it back to the screens once more, a report by the Hollywood reporter. Mattel will be working with Daniel’s production company 59%, Rowan Riley, Amandla Crichlow, Valparaiso’s Davido Carrico, Adam Pailsen and Bobby Hoppey.

Daniel Kaluuya has reunited with the director of Black Panther, Ryan Coogler for a fact-based yet to be premiered drama Jesus Was My Homeboy and is also expected to play major led in crime drama Queen and Slim.
