Celebrities are not happy with the way H&M decided to treat a young black boy in their recent advert wearing a jumper with the writing ‘Coolest Monkey In The Jungle’. This has been the topic of discussion for the past couple of days on social media with the general question being why the company decided to use such slogan.

Even though the company has apologized and gone ahead to take down the advert from their website, social media still believes the harm has already be done.

American hip-hop star and businessman, Sean John Combs, also known on stage as Diddy is reported to have stepped in to offer the young black boy a modelling contract for his Sean John brand.

No word yet from either Diddy or the young boy’s representative on whether they have accepted the offer or not.

In an Instagram post, Diddy alluded to the boy as the ‘Coolest King In The Jungle’. See his post below:
