This is something you don’t hear everyday, Teen Vogue recently appointed Elaine Welteroth as the new Editor-in-Chief. Elaine not only becomes the first African American to head the publication but also the youngest editor in Conde Nast history.

Elaine who is 29 years old has also worked at Ebony and Glamour Magazine. Back in 2012, the new editor on the block made headlines when she became the first black girl to become Teen Vogue’s beauty Editor
