Who will take the crown?

This year is the Miss South Africa 2018 6oth Anniversary Diamond Jubilee, and we will be giving you all the details for the glitzy pageant.
The pageant will take place on Sunday 27th May at The Sun Arena at Time Square, Pretoria. You can watch the event on Mzansi Magic (Dstv Channel 161) at 5pm and online at DSTV Now.

Sources have stated that according to the Miss SA organisation, there will be two princesses, Miss World South Africa and Miss Universe South Africa, who will be representing the country after the glamorous ceremony.

Bonang Matheba is one of South Africa’s leading media personalities and fashion icons and Our south African will be hosting the pageant.

Queen B announced on Instagram, stating, ‘…Very exciting… I’ll be your host for the 2018 Miss South Africa Pageant sponsored by @cellcsa on May 27,!

Although there will be two crowned. An overall winner will still be picked. Miss South Africa and Miss Universe South Africa will answer a final question to decide who will win the official title on Miss SA 2018.

Miss SA will be prized with R3 million in prizes – making this one of the biggest prizes for a pageant in the world. The new Miss SA will win a R1 million cash prize, a Nissan Qashqai worth R445,000, accommodation for the total time of their reign and will be able to wear designs from South Africa’s best designers for elite events.
Alongside, cool makeup products by smash box, fashion contracts and top technology gadgets.
