Today on Foodie Friday, we have Nigerian food blogger, Matse Uwatse, known on social media as Matse Cooks.

Her focus is mainly on African foods especially those from Nigeria. Matse prepares most of the food on her pages herself and she sometimes does tutorials on how to make some of the simplest dishes from the country.

One of her latest breakfasts she vegetable Omelette, hot tea, yam and assorted meat stew as an addition. She also makes flatbread with rainbow sunny, baked beans, sausage, avocado, Sardines and fruits. Lunch is mostly made up of Chicken or goat soup pepper and steamed rice. Or, palm oil pepper sauce and l roasted yams with Grilled mackerel.
