Social media is giving voice to the voiceless, many outraged users rolled out their frustration at Swedish clothing-retail company Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) for advertising their new hoodie designs which show a black boy in one that says ‘Coolest Monkey In The Jungle’. The talk for the company to withdraw the advert from its UK website spread quickly across the world through social media with users describing the move as ‘Racist and Offensive’, Global stars like Snoop Dogg, TheWeeknd, Diddy, Romelu Lukaku, Lebron James added their voice.

 EveningStandard reports that a spokesperson for H&M has apologized on behalf of the company;

This image has now been removed from all H&M channels and we apologise to anyone this may have offended“.

But, that didn’t stop The Weeknd from announcing on Twitter that he will no longer work with company.
