They say a woman’s body is a work of art but how far is too far when it comes to exhibiting the fabulous female physique in public. Australian supermodel Mirander Kerr recently posed nude for next month’s edition of women’s fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar but it looks like not everyone is comfortable in seeing a woman’s tatas on full display.
Coles, a huge supermarket in Australia pulled all copies of the publication’s January 2016 issue off the shelves citing the cover as ”inappropriate.” Speaking to The Guardian, a spokeswoman for the supermarket said…
”In response to feedback from our customers, many of whom shop with their children, we removed the magazine from sale earlier this week,”
Editor in Chief of Harper’s Bazaar obviously disagreed with the stores decision in an interview with Fair Fax Media she disclosed that…
”I’ve had so much positive feedback from around the globe, it’s a shame Coles doesn’t also recognise the artistic integrity of this image”
Do you think Coles decision was the best?
