Hollywood star, John Boyega who is of Nigerian root announced his intention to shoot a movie in Nollywood on a prepared budget, he hinted the script is being worked on.
Part of the reasons for visiting his motherland is to promote his new movie, ‘Pacific Rim Uprising’ which by the way is doing so well in the world. It’s right for the Nigerian audience to see the movie before he leaves, therefore he partnered with Accelerate TV to hold a private screening at IMAX Cinemas, Lekki on April 9, 2018.
Besides the screening, questions were thrown at him which he took time to answer. The night was graced by Nigerian entertainers – Jemima Osunde, Sharon Ooja, Seyi Babtope, Lola Maja, Olumide Oworu, Toni Tones, D’banj etc.
