Stop being fashionable to the main library during study hours seems to be the clear message being sent to female students at the University of Zambia in Lusaka.

The BBC Africa reports that authorities of being university have served the notice calling on all female students to desist from wearing clothes that will distract their male counterparts.

Here’s the notice below:

Is it a case of stopping students from expressing their fashion sense or the male students should be blamed for avoiding their books to look at the females?
