Media executive and television host, Oprah Winfrey was honoured at the event for a dedication to the support and fight for equal treatment for people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations et al.

Alicia Keys, Gina Torres, Kiersey Clemons, Ciara, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Anthony Anderson, others graced the event.
