Education is the key to suceess, this has been a relevant message for many years and we have all grown up with that at the back of our minds, there are several problems within our communities relating to education but, getting the right people to come up with the needed solutions still remain a huge headache for most people including the celebs.

Ghanaian model of Nigerian descent, Victoria Michaels through the Africa Literacy Development Initiative – an education intervention project of the Victoria Michaels Foundation found one of such problems when she and her team visited a basic school in Accra, she narrated the deplorable state the school was in, she quickly made a promise to the headmaster that she will build a new kindergarten block to help ease the burden on the school. A few months later, the “Victoria Michaels Nest” was completed for Afuaman MA Basic School.

She handed over the new block with well-resourced library, reading room, learning, aids, computers, TV set, assorted toys, assorted bags and book boxes during a ceremony attended by the Deputy Minister of Education, Honourable Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, CEO of FootPrint2Africa – Barrister Osita Oparaugo, Chief of the community, head of the school, teachers, parents and members of the media on Friday, December 8, 2017.
