Nigerian-American hip hop recording artist and record producer, Jidenna, appears to be none too impressed with newfound rival Rotimi Akinosho, fellow Nigerian-American artist, and he has expressed this in a recent video post via social media.

In the video, which actually was a response to an initial video posted by Rotimi attacking Jidenna’s prominence and branding him a rival, Jidenna ridicules Rotimi’s claim at the “Mr. Sexy Nigerian Butter Scotch” title, asking him to change the title to “Mr. Nigerian Coconut” or “Vanilla Beans”, then announces himself (Jidenna) as the one and only  “Mr. Nigerian Plantain“.

While the battle between the two seems quite light-hearted, it is clear that Jidenna is not beating around the bush as he left burnt plantains in the frying pan at the end of the video.
