A few days ago, Ghanaian filmmaker and businesswoman, Juliet Ibrahim announced her a new biography project titled A Toast To Life.
With a short trailer released on her social media platforms including YouTube narrating her ordeals in the past, to triumphing in the movie industry and a top-notched entrepreneur on the continent, she gave a hint of launching her own memoir with the aforementioned title.
Finally, the 33-year-old visionary launched the memoir on August 4th, 2019, at the Civic Centre in Lagos, Nigeria, compèred by Nigerian television host Denrele Edun.
Juliet Ibrahim who balanced a career between Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia, had appearances at the event from revered names in Nollywood, the political field and the entertainment sector in general including honourable Abike Dabiri (represented by Mrs Yemisi Ibrahim), CEO and publisher of Ovation, Chief Dele Momodu, actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, singer Praiz, Elvina Ibru, John Ogu, Kabiru Rabiu, Gloria Ibru, Sujimoto, Oge Okoye, Pretty Mike, Skuki, Eniola Badmus, Adenike Oyetunde, et al.
One of the most notable parts of the event was when excerpts from the book were read by Richard Mofe-Damijo, Charles Otudor, Noble Igwe, and Chigurl. The audience was held captive by the revelations that came to light, which many never knew.
