The Black Panther warrior wore a statement silhouetted breastplate that fit her body like dripped paint, designed by Pakistanian designer Misha Japanwala. The signature piece complemente a black-tie suit with glittering jewels from De Beers.
As a fashion statement, it is a welcomed pivot from the traditional Hollywood glam that most celebrities stick to that speaks to the daring out of the box personality that is Lupita.
Did we mention she also showed up with a shaved head adorned in henna art?! A look that is slowly trending on various red carpets; Lupita amplified that once more at the event by revealing new henna art to compliment her entire ensemble on the night.
