In a world where the majority of us have a versatile routine, it can be difficult to fit in that 30 minutes of exercise which keeps you engaged and motivated. The rise of the YouTube workout videos has definitely become a saviour to our workout woes when visits to the gym or a jog are just not possible.

imageTiffany Rothe has over 100million views for her innovative and quick workout routines, which have such a large variety you will be sure to find the one that hits the spot. Having 20 years experience, she has gone on to be featured in Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, InStlye, Fitness Magazine and various other including being named “One of the Best Workouts on YouTube” on the Dr.Oz Show.

h2Tiffany, originally a creative dancer from the age of 3-17, discovered fitness at 18 and began her journey in aerobic fitness. She went on to graduate with a law degree and studied nutrition independently at college. Finding her passion in helping people enjoy fitness, she quit practicing law and began making her videos (TiffanyRotheWorkouts) focusing mainly on fitness for a better state of mind rather than the common gear towards the thin and glamorous look. Many people across the world agree with her philosophy and have gone on to lose several pounds. She now has her own workout clothing line and her famous workout boot camp- Fit, Fierce and Fabulous Beauty Bootcamp.
