Miss South Africa, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters has made the entire continent proud by emerging as the winner of Miss Universe 2017 on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at The Axis at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

She caught the judges’ attention during questions and answers segment were she wowed them with her in-depth response and then charisma on stage.

Congratulations to the new queen from Africa and her princesses. Miss Jamaica was second runner-up and Miss Columbia Laura Gonzalez was runner-up.
