British black runway goddess, Naomi Campbell has never hidden her love for the continent of Africa. The revered model speaks highly of Africa and with a determining effort to blend in so well to elevate the image of African stars in the fashion and modelling world, she has over the years walked with afrobeat superstar like Wizkid in Milan and attended a couple of award show with him.
As part of the expression of love and appreciation warm-reception of the continent, Naomi attended and strutted the runway for Ozwald Boateng during the ARISE Fashion Week earlier in the year in the cosmopolitan capital of Nigeria, Lagos. The gorgeous model took time to engage in other activities including visiting and spending a beautiful time with the budding teen-dance group, Dream Catchers.
Well, it looks like queen still has an unfinished business in Nigeria as she has returned for the GT Bank Fashion Weekend, set to kick off from November 10 to 11, 2018 in Lagos. It’s a must-attend show as Lagos fashion culture fused with other cultures will be on display by attendees and on the runway as well.
Immediately, Naomi touched down Lagos, an evening reception was hosted in her honour with media entrepreneurs and fashion enthusiasts like Tsemaye Binitie, Folake Coker Lanre DaSilva Ajayi, Nikki Ogun, Don Jazzy, Kiki Kamanu et al.
