The month of May (8 to 19) will see the best in the film industry converged in Cannes, France for the film festival, and international model, Naomi Campbell does well at the show each year by using fashion as a medium to raise funds to tackle disturbing situations in society.

This year, she will be repeating the same with her runway show which features prominent personalities in the fashion, film, music and modelling industry under theme Race To Equality. Mostly, her show comprises music performance, dinner gala and live auction to raise funds to support a worthy cause and this year’s sub-focus is on education, health and culture.

Some of the personalities that attended the event in the past included Leonardo Di Caprio, Donatella Versace, Kate Moss, Uma Thurman, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Heidi Klum.

Fashion for Relief has supported people in earthquake-prone areas like Japan, Haiti, the fight against Ebola and more.
