The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla began their nine days tour of three West African countries – The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria this week and we are excited to be vicariously hosting the royal couple in Africa!

The first stop was in the Gambia and then they swiftly headed to Ghana. During their final day in Ghana, the royal couple were treated to a special dinner by the President, His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo and the First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House, Accra.

Ghanaian International fashion designers, Ozwald Boateng, Christie Brown and Adrian Sauvage joined other renowned local brands – Duaba Serwa, Pistis and Kwaku Bediako to showcase a new set of collections to their Royal Highnesses. The special dinner event was also graced by Ex-President Jerry John Rawlings and his wife, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and other dignitaries that must have mad the night one for the history books!

This visit forms part of the nine-day tour of three West African countries – The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria. Their Royal Highnesses Prince Charles and Camilla are heading to Nigeria for the last phase of the visit. Below, in our gallery are all the pieces showcased by Ozwald, Christie and Adrian. Such a Beauty!
