Check out this partnership between three supremely powerful brands: Serena Williams, U.S tennis superstar, Virgil Abloh, American fashion designer of Ghanaian heritage who was recently appointed to head the menswear department at Louis Vuitton, and Nike, one of the world’s leading sportswear manufacturer.
For Serena’s U.S open 2018, Virgil has designed a special collection for Nike which the athletes. The designs include a one-shoulder black outfit with the Nike logo boldly resting on the left upper shoulder for on court, and, a black jacket for her off-court activities.
All the designs have the unique Virgil street-wear and high-fashion touch to it. We only wish we could get our hands on some of it!
