Squatting shouldn’t be a big deal when you sit on the WC (flush toilet), that’s if you do it everyday. Then again, that is just the basics. Real squat is where the results lie.
Ever seen a woman with firm rounded buttocks and gone like ‘she squats’? Well yeah, she squats. The squat can be tricky to master, though, and poor technique on this lift has generated a lot of business for chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons over the years.
Results of the squats make the buttocks rounder and firmer than it does, in some cases, bigger. It has worked for everyone who’s tried it and worked consistently at it. It also strengthens the abs core and legs. For the ladies who want to fill in their jeans trousers, and rock the bikini outfits, squat.
Do it in the bathroom, do it when you’ve got nothing to do, do it when brushing your teeth. You can never overdo it.
