Ghanaian-British Grime superstar is not new to sharing and contributing to the quest for equality in every aspect of life in the world.
In recent years the rapper has taken several bold steps in making sure the voices of the minority race are heard, some of his initiatives include, setting up a special scholarship with Cambridge University for black brits. And, pledged to donate £10 million over ten years to the equality cause in the UK.
His latest endeavour according to reports in the UK is to partner with a ghostwriter and illustrator to work on children’s book that will concentrate solely on diversity, social injustice and race. The book will be structured in a way that, Stormzy will pen one chapter and the ghostwriter also work on the next chapter in that sequence.
Stormzy released two well-patronized albums – Gang Signs & Prayer in 2017 and Heavy Is the Head in 2019, with motivational words and preach on diversity culture and more. Even though dates for the commencement of work on the new book and its release aren’t out yet, fans are hopeful it will be soon.
