A black excellence moment has been achieved once more by film director, screenwriter, playwright and producer, Tyler Perry.
The multi-talented filmmaker opened his newly built world-class studios in October 2019, with guest from Hollywood and the music industry. Most of the stars – Jay Z, Beyoncé, Spike Lee, Ava DuVernay, Oprah Winfrey, Cecily Tyson, Taraji P. Henson, Jill Scott, Whoopi Goldberg, to mention but a few, that were invited to the opening ceremony surprised to see the various department named after black entertainers who have changed the direction of Hollywood.
He took viewers on a tour of the beautiful 300-acres space, used to be a military base. By this, Tyler Perry Studios becomes the biggest production compound in the States, bigger than Disney, and others.

The studio is equiped with the State-of-the-art production set, post theatres and even a White House building, which will certainly be used for all presidential shoots. Tyler drove through the entire compound in the tour video, showing every single facility within the studio.
