A lot of people will find it hard to believe this story from sensational UK-based Zimbabwean YouTube sensation, Rutendo Tichiwangani who have lived in the United Kingdom for a long time.

Rutendo found herself in the country at a young age when her parents moved there as refugees but were never given the chance to live in the country for long, she, however, have been living in the UK. Her rise to fame came when she decided to grow her social media pages and portray the luxurious lifestyle with constant updates of videos on her youtube channel.

Viewers become addicted to her channel and soon she became role model for other upcoming social media influencers. But, all is not well with the pretty lady who in her recent video told her story of how she’s facing probable deportation if she is not able to raise £2300. A situation she said needs to be resolved before the May 6 deadline given to her by UK Home Office.

Ever since the video came out, social media has not come to terms with why someone who lived such a luxury life online will be asking for help.

Rutendo speaks to English newsreader of Ghanaian descent, Claudia-Liza Armah on 5News to explain the real situation and why she came back to social media for her help when she is being seen as a rich person per her own lifestyle.

However, she revealed most of the things she brings online are as a result of a partnership with other companies. Hence the things don’t belong to her.
