Black Panther co-stars, Danai Gurira and Lupita Nyong’o were recently in Lagos, Nigeria and not many knew about their visit until a photo of them was posted by Lupita on her social media page (Instagram).

The African-American actresses are working on the adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s Americanah novel into a mini-series. Danai revealed during an interview on The Ellen Show that they visited Nigeria for a further research and this may mean they want to translate the story in its original state on our screens.
