PHOTOS FROM THE MODEL CASTING CALL HELD FOR GLAM AFRICA FASHION NIGHT (UK)

On Monday 19th February, we held a casting call in central Lonson to select models for the forthcoming Glam Africa Fashion Night (GAFN) event. With a turn out ofalmost 100 models, the judges (Glam Africa CEO Chioma Onwutalobi, ace photographer Eric Jorrin of Jem Media, Deigh Alex and Dovile Paciauskaite of Deigh Alexander Modeling Agency-DAMA) ended up selecting 22 models instead of the twenty they intended. All models performed a simulated runway walk for the judges demonstrating that they can walk in high heels while also exhibiting all requisite requirements – symmetry, confidence, height, strength, etc.

With the help of the public, we hope to pick the final 10 models that will grace the catwalk at Glam Africa Fashion Night (GAFN) on Sunday, 22^nd, February at Porchester Hall, Bayswater, London. Voting starts on Friday, 23rd February 2015 and ends on Monday 2nd of February 2015.
